We contacted Adam @ Beyond for advice as we wanted to replace our gas ducted heating and evap cooling with a ducted reverse cycle system. From the outset Adam was professional, polite and actually LISTENED when we explained to him what we wanted. The result was that his quote was very competitive and we ended up with a system that works exactly as we expected. The installers were on time, polite, courteous and very accommodating. The job was done in less than a day and they left the house clean and took the time to explain the operation of the system. We now have individual climate control in every room of the house with reduced heating costs compared to gas. We expect further savings once we have solar installed later this year. Beyond did an awesome job and I would wholeheartedly recommend them!

I just want to thank Adam and his team for making the install of our heating & cooling system at our new home such a smooth process. The guys were nothing less than absolutely wonderful and so courteous, respectful and accommodating, especially with the heavy rainy weather on the day of the install, and they did the works amazingly and extremely well, leaving the place clean and tidy after finishing up too. Air conditioners such as inverters or reverse cycle ac work in both heating and cooling modes, depending on how you set the mode according to the weather changes. In heating mode, the system absorbs heat from the outside air and distributes it in the room. It sucks heat from the indoor air in cooling mode and releases it outside.

HVAC refers to as Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning. HVAC refers to the various systems used to exchange air between indoor and outdoor areas and for heating and cooling. So, you can say that heating and cooling are included in an HVAC system, but it’s not exactly the same.

Split systems are far cheaper to operate compared to ducted air conditioning systems. The only limitation to the performance of a split system is the small area it can cover, compared to a ducted system that can easily cover multiple rooms.
