Super impressed with Adam and the team, who installed a ducted reverse cycle Daikin system at my place last month. Was just no fuss - Adam was very friendly, clearly knew his stuff and provided the cost upfront after doing a quick site survey. His team subsequently installed everything in a day less than two weeks later - the team were friendly, efficient and even cleaned up efficiently upon completion... Great service by Adam and the team. Cant recommend them highly enough. Prompt service and great team under him. Very professional and friendly staff. Had a Daikin Central Ducted heating/cooling system installed by Adam and the team one month ago. Previously we relied on our wood fire, to heat the whole house. This system is fantastic and wish we installed this year's ago, so warm and easy to use. We chose not too install ducts in the bathrooms, which was a big mistake, our house is on stumps and we live in the bush, so contacted Adam and he was happy to accommodate this. Had a fully ducted system installed upstairs, 2 splits downstairs, and an evap cooling & gas heating unit completely stripped out (massive job) and was really impressed with the team at Beyond. From our initial meeting Adam was very professional, had some great ideas to be honest was streets ahead of all our other quotes, both professionally & on price. From start to finish the installation of our ducted refrigeration system went smoothly and efficiently with no hassles and was installed perfectly. We contacted Adam @ Beyond for advice as we wanted to replace our gas ducted heating and evap cooling with a ducted reverse cycle system. From the outset Adam was professional, polite and actually LISTENED when we explained to him what we wanted. The result was that his quote was very competitive and we ended up with a system that works exactly as we expected. The installers were on time, polite, courteous and very accommodating. The job was done in less than a day and they left the house clean and took the time to explain the operation of the system. We now have individual climate control in every room of the house with reduced heating costs compared to gas. We expect further savings once we have solar installed later this year.
